Yes. The site can be used completely for free by both parties. However, if you want the best chance of success when advertising a property, you can pay a small fee for the premium feature.
We are just an advertising platform designed to help connect the two, as such we do not get directly involved in each letting and do not vet people. However, the safety of our members is our main priority. We monitor every ad that's posted and if a user is reported to us we do take this matter seriously and will investigate. So far, we’ve only had happy customers!
A feature we added to help your property stand out from the rest. It gives you a bigger, bolder advert that will appear in front of any standard listings. It also enables your ad to be selected to become a featured ad that will appear on the sites homepage. Your ad will remain above any standard ad and mean your is first to be seen by potential tenants.
If you have a room to fill, usually time is money. Paying our very small fee to keep your ad where it will get noticed quick could save you money by making sure you make a rental income. You are also saving money on paying any third-party fees when using our site!

Your safety is our number one priority. With that in mind - we take the following steps to ensure you'll be as safe as possible whilst using our platform;

Prevention

Whilst it's unfortunately not possible for us to verify the identity of thousands of users, we do monitor users on the site and moderate each listing. If the listing if suspicous in any way, we will remove it and investigate. Same with a user. We have automatic and manual systems in place to prevent scammers.

Reporting

If we recieve any reports or suspicous user activity, we will take action immediately and commence an investigation. If you are suspicous of any adverts or accounts, please flag them up immediately to info@aircrewaccommodation.com and we'll investigate.

Tips to keep yourself safe

Don't disclose any more personal details online than required. Never pay for anything before viewing a room, unless it's an online booking through our system.

This platform was created by crew, it’s completely free and simply designed to make life a lot easier for any member of air or ground crew looking for suitable accommodation.

The Problem

If you’ve gone from living in a house full of ‘9-5ers’ to sharing a house with other airline crew or people that do similar hours, you’ll have seen for yourself how much easier it makes life. From improved sleep, to just having people there during mid week days off, there are a multitude of benefits to living with other crew members. Unfortunately the current way of finding or advertising rooms suitable for crew involved trawling through various forums, facebook pages, crew room notices, word of mouth, and different websites such as spareroom.

Our Solution

AirCrewAccommodation is designed to bring all of these into one single place, making life easier for all involved in the process.

We welcome live in & live out landlords, as well as B&B and Hotel owners to advertise on this site. The more the selection grows, the more beneifical to everyone. It will attract more air crew which means more rooms will be filled.
